SURVEYING
To start, we’ll need to conduct a detailed survey. A member of our team will visit your home and take measurements, clarify certain points and ensure that the proposed plans are suitable. If any changes are needed or requested, they’ll be discussed at this stage.
If planning permission is required, the surveyor will also gather all the necessary details to submit alongside the application.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
Your Crystal Clear surveyor will complete your application form and submit this to your local council to accept.
As a rough guide, it should take around 6-8 weeks to gain NCS approval and 8-10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission. These timeframes can vary, however.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
We’ll create and share a schedule of works and assign fully qualified, specialist teams to oversee each part of the build.
Ahead of time, we’ll discuss any access requirements our teams might need and go through the schedule of works.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Before the building work begins, the relevant team will discuss brick matching with you and ensure that you’re happy with the choice of brick. Then, once the brickwork is completed, your frames and/or roof will be installed.
Remember, we manage everybody involved with your project from the outset. You can relax, safe in the knowledge that we’re taking caring of everything on your behalf.
FINISHING
Once everything has been installed, we’ll conduct a thorough final check and ensure you’re fully satisfied with another brilliant build from Crystal Clear.
Then, when it’s been signed off, you’re free to enjoy your brand-new living space!
