SURVEYING
All our installations begin with a thorough and accurate survey. A Crystal Clear-appointed surveyor will check your property and record the necessary measurements for the manufacturing teams.
As well as inspecting the structural openings, the surveyor will also ensure that your proposed designs are suitable.
CARE & ATTENTION
Crystal Clear installers take great care of your home when fitting our products. They’ll lay dust sheets and make sure that all possessions and valuables are moved well away from the working area.
Once completed, the installers will help put everything back and clean up any mess.
FITTING
The installation process begins by removing your existing frames and clearing off old sealant and debris. If possible, your old frames will be recycled.
With the opening primed, your new frames will be slotted into place and secured into position in preparation of the glazed units being installed.
GLAZING
Next, your glazed units will be firmly fitted in position before the beading is tapped securely into place. If trims are required, these will be measured and fitted at this stage.
Once complete, everything will be cleaned to remove any lingering dirt and grit before a layer of sealant is applied between the frames and the wall.
EXPERT FINISH
Our installers will once again clean all external surfaces before completing the job by adding a final layer of silicone beading between the frame and brickwork. This ensures a neat and water-tight finish.
Then, you can stand back and admire your new Crystal Clear windows.
