A series of factors come into play when a customer is trying to decide whether or not to appoint Crystal Clear for a home improvement installation, and one of them is the price they’re quoted.
That’s entirely understandable as you need to be certain that you are getting value for money for what you are buying.
We believe that our pricing structure is very fair, and we always keep an eye on our competitors’ price points to check that we are continuously offering our customers a fair deal.
However, it would be naive of us to think that we will never be beaten on price.
Sometimes it will occur because an equivalent product being sold by another installer is of an inferior quality, but not every time.
Occasionally, you may get a better price for a similar quality product, and that’s why we have a price promise* in place.
How this price promise works is very simple – find the same quality product and service commitment for less, within our service area, within 7 days, and we’ll refund the difference.
You just need to provide us with the name of the competitor, along with a copy of the original quote, so that we can verify if their service offering and product quality matches ours.
So please, don’t ever hesitate to let us know if we get out-priced, as we really value your custom.

*Notification of lower prices must be received within 7 days of signing Crystal Clear contract. Claims must be received in writing and addressed to our Hamilton Showroom. Original copy of the competing offer and specification of the competing conservatory, orangery, sunroom, window and door product must be enclosed with the claim. Only one claim per customer per order. Crystal Clear decision on whether a competitor’s product matches the features offered by us is final.
